We suggest washing in advance before use. Then, wear the product at home or in the initial menstrual phase. This step allows you to feel comfortable with the product. 

Remember that the Perfect Fit product has different absorbancies. You can check whether you are fit or not along with your flow. It is you that has an understanding of how much your flow runs :)

It depends on your flow, dear. If your flow is long and extensively run, we suggest you have 6-8 pairs of  Perfect Fit. 

Otherwise, if your flow has a short period and runs a little, 4-5 pairs are more than enough.  You can purchase 3-4 pairs for a starter kit, and see what the result has :)

If you take place all the care instructions, before and after you wore then it will last up to 1000 times of laundry.

That means if you wear regularly, it has to last 2-3 years since you purchased it. Remember, you should wash after wearing it, rinse with cold water, and last is drying under the sun.  Avoid bleaching, softener, and dryer in washing machine.
