Payments

How about the currencies?
Our main currency on the website is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
You can also see our price in different currencies (USD, EUR, AUD, and JPY). Simply choose the currency conversion button on the bottom left corner of our website. The easiest payment method internationally is a credit card. Due to different currencies, any charge may be applied. Please note that during checkout, you will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you need an invoice in USD, EUR, AUD. and JPY, please contact us.

 

Shipping And Order Status


ORDER ID - What is an order ID?
ORDER ID is a random digits number that will be generated after you submit your order. You will need your ORDER ID to confirm your payment and to check your order status.

REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT -  Should I start the registration process?
You need to register for an account to check out your order. It will not only facilitate you in placing your orders but also give you more benefits such as receiving updates, and special offers from us.
You can create an account first, or you can shop straight away and set your account later when you proceed to checkout, whichever way you find convenient.

MODIFY AND CANCEL ORDER - How do I modify and cancel my order?
We are currently unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please review your order before confirming it. Once payment is received, we can not cancel your order as it is final and has already been processed for delivery.

DELIVERY - How do my packages deliver?
Domestic: We ship nationwide FREE of charge using JNE (www.jne.co.id) and J&T (​​jet.co.id) courier services from Bali.

International: We ship overseas with DHL (www.dhl.com) from Bali, Indonesia. All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours with Express Shipping, which will take 3-10 days before it arrives on your doorstep. We currently offer these 6 fees based on zones:

Asia: USD45
Australia: USD80
New Zealand: USD50
North America: USD55
Europe: USD60
Rest of The World: USD75

When placing your order, please take into deliberation that we ship orders from Monday to Friday at 3 PM (GMT+8). Payment confirmation received after 2 PM or on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. We will ship your purchased item(s) once we have received the confirmation of your payment.

Please note: We are unable to ship if troubles occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

ORDER STATUS - How can I see my order status?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details if your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for confirmation. Please sign in to your account to view the recent order history, status, and tracking information.

CUSTOM & IMPORT DUTIES - Am I charged for import duties?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we don’t have the authority of this as customs charges are subject to your local government.
