how to use

Inserting

  1. Wash your hands
  2. Fold the cup until you make the "U" shape
  3. Open up your labia and insert the cup slowly until you feel comfotable
  4. Once it's in, turn in circle to open up the folding to ensure it holds the blood

Pulling out:

  1. Reach the cup and pinch it to release the vacuum, pull slowly until it comes out
  2. Dispose menstrual blood and rinse the cup with clean water
  3. Before inserting it in back again, make sure your hands are clean.

  1. Sterilize before using at the start of your menstrual fase: boil the cup for 5 minutes
  2. Rinse with clean water in between use
  3. Store in the pouch in a safe and clean environment
