How can I see my order status?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details if your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for confirmation.

Please sign in to your account to view the recent order history, status, and tracking information.

How about the currencies?

Our main currency on the website is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

For USD: Simply choose USD on the currency conversion button on the bottom right corner of our website.

The easiest payment method internationally is a credit card. Due to different currencies, any charge may be applied. You can simply choose this payment method during checkout and we will send your invoice out inside the packaging!

How do my packages deliver?

Domestic: We ship nationwide using SiCepat (www.sicepat.com) and JNT (www.jtexpress.my) courier services from Bali.

International: We ship overseas with DHL (www.dhl.com) from Bali, Indonesia. All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours with Express Shipping, which will take 5-7 days before it arrives on your doorstep. We currently offer these 3 fees based on zones:

Southeast Asia, Asia, Australia & New Zealand: USD20

North America: USD30

Rest of The World: USD35

When placing your order, please take into deliberation that we ship orders from Monday to Friday at 3 PM (Bali timezone). Payment confirmation received after 2 PM or on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. We will ship your purchased item(s) once we have received the confirmation of your payment. 

Please note: We are unable to ship if troubles occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

How do I modify and cancel my order?

We are currently unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

✅ Please review your order before confirming it. Once payment is received, we can not cancel your order as it is final and has already been processed for delivery

Should I start the registration process?

You need to register for an account to checkout your order. It will not only facilitate you in placing your orders but also give you more benefits such as receiving updates, and special offers from us 🩸

You can create an account first, or you can shop straight away and set your account later when you proceed to checkout, whichever way you find convenient.

Am I charged for import duties?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we don’t have the authority of this as customs charges are subject to your local government.

What if my delivered order is damaged?

If your purchase has already broken or missed out then you may exchange the items within 5 business days after the date of delivery.

Your purchase should be in an unused condition, with all the contents still intact, spotless, and unwashed if shown otherwise, we will not accept your exchange.

Only 1 exchange is permitted after the original order has been made. This applies to all orders through our Web Store.

What is an order ID?

ORDER ID is a random digits number that will be generated after you submit your order. You will need your ORDER ID to confirm your payment and to check your order status.
